BioI hate winter. I'm a solar powered person and winter just isn't bright enough. I hibernate pretty much during the winter and I wake up around March. Hey isn't it after March now!! I have two sons Eldest Son and Younger Son. They keep me busy. I have a husband dajt of whom I'm pretty fond.
I'm a generalist. I can do many things competently, some things really well, but nothing really brilliantly. The things I do really well are: playing the piano, cooking, knitting, and drawing.
I am congenitally incapable of following a recipe or pattern exactly. This is interesting because I like to cook things. If you like something I cook, I will not be able to give you a recipe because I didn't use one. Some things I make on autopilot. Bread, meatloaf, curry, muffins and such.
I especially like to make jam. I'm about one year away from a decent harvest of my fruit bushes. They went into the ground as little twigs. The little twigs are now little bushes. I'm looking forward to making a batch of jam. I get extra points if the only thing I have to buy is the sugar.
I'm in a "Just haul off and do it" frame of mind.
